Chloe’s Current Jams for Fall 2025

By: Chloe Tubbs

I have always been a lover of music and an avid Spotify user. I use playlists as a way to express what I’m currently feeling and treat it like I’m curating a soundtrack for my life as if it were a movie. My taste in music is ever changing and acts as a time capsule for different periods of my life.

As colder weather slowly approaches and trees start to change colors, I am welcoming fall with open arms. Whenever a new season begins, I always feel the need to create a new playlist to match the vibe and energy of the season. This month I explored some new music while also taking a trip down memory lane to the cult classics I’ve had on repeat since middle school.

Listen along!

Some of my favorites from my list and songs I would highly recommend to any reader interested are: “Air Supply” by Sweet Trip, “Back To Me” by The Marias, “Spooky” by Dusty Springfield, “Show Me How” by The Foo Fighters, and” Love My Way” by The Psychedelic Furs. In my opinion, these songs encapsulate the feeling of fall the best and combine nostalgia with present time.

Currently, my favorite song is “Air Supply” by Sweet Trip. The song is really peaceful and it makes me feel like I’m floating. It is the perfect song to walk to as it has a steady beat and nice instrumentals. The song is super catchy and makes me want to dance whenever I listen to it.

I typically listen to this playlist while walking to class, writing my work-in-progress fantasy novel, or when I want to feel like a main character in a movie. Regardless of the activity you are doing while listening, I hope you are cozy and have a warm beverage while you listen to my curated playlist. Also don’t be shy to give my Spotify a follow–*wink wink*.
